Schedule of Events

Thursday, April 14th:

noon - bus departs Phoenix (Sky Harbor Airport)

2:00p - bus departs Tucson (can pick people up at the airport)

3:00p - bus will stop for a late lunch & paperwork around Nogales. This could take anywhere from 1/2 an hour to 2 hours.

5:00p - bus departs Nogales

7:00p - bus departs Hermosollo (can pick people up at the airport)

9:00p - bus arrives Guaymas (Playa de Cortes)

Friday, April 15th:

Noon - Rehearsal at the hotel for the bridal party and the parents of the bride and groom.

1:30p - Rehearsal luncheon at the beach in San Carlos! This luncheon is open to all guests.

Saturday, April 16th:

4:00p - 4:45p - Wedding Ceremony

4:45p - 6:00p - Pictures

6:00p - 11:00p - Reception

Sunday, April 17th:

7:00a - If anyone would like to get together before heading out, we will be meeting up at the hotel restaurant for breakfast.

9:00a - bus departs Guaymas (Playa de Cortes)

11:00a - bus departs Hermosillo (can drop people off at the airport)

1:00p - bus will stop for a late lunch & paperwork around Nogales. This could take anywhere from 1/2 an hour to 2 hours.

3:00p - bus departs Nogales

4:00p - bus departs Tucson (can drop people off at the airport)

6:00p - bus arrives Phoenix (Sky Harbor Airport)

Please note: If anyone just can't get enough of us, vacations, or tequilla... we will be in Guaymas from April 10-17. Feel free to join us for a longer period.
